Swiss Water decaf, done right

All of our decaf coffees are processed using the Swiss Water® method—a chemical-free approach that relies on water, time, and temperature to gently remove caffeine while preserving flavor.

The result is coffee that tastes true to its origin and roast, without harshness or residue. Calm Spirit, our Brazilian single-origin decaf, is a perfect example: smooth, chocolate-nutty, and quietly satisfying.

Whole-bean or ground, brewed your way

Choose whole-bean for maximum freshness and control, or ground for ease and consistency. Our ground decaf is milled fresh after roasting to a balanced medium grind that works well for drip machines, pour-over, and French press.

No matter how you brew, your coffee is roasted to order and handled with care—so flavor comes through clean and complete.

As someone who appreciates a good cup of coffee, I've become more discerning as to what I like and quite frankly what I feel tastes good. We're spoiled for choice when it comes to the range of options out there though to me, Happi Coffee simply hits the mark.
Off the bat it's immediately apparent that there's great care taken to preserve the freshness of the coffee, with the intentional packaging. And when it comes to the taste, it's well balanced and pleasant on the palate with flavorful notes. It really is simply a delight.

Always. We roast decaf to order just like all Nawalee coffees, so it arrives full of aroma and flavor rather than tasting tired or muted.

How much caffeine is in decaf coffee?

Swiss Water decaf removes about 99.9% of caffeine. A typical cup contains only trace amounts—making it a great choice for evenings or anyone avoiding caffeine.

Should I choose whole-bean or ground decaf?

Whole-bean stays fresh longer and gives you control over grind size. Ground is convenient and consistent. Both are roasted and prepared to the same freshness standards.

Is all Nawalee decaf Swiss Water processed?

Yes. We use the Swiss Water Process exclusively for decaf because it preserves flavor while avoiding chemical solvents.
